Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your home appliance purchase, you may request a return within 3 to 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories included.

• Please contact our customer service team to obtain return authorization before sending the item back.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• For returns that are not due to product defects, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
